Cooperation with universities
Together with universities, we help students prepare for working with SAP in a real business environment. Through our proprietary program, we share our implementation experience, showing SAP "from the inside" in production and logistics. It provides a solid foundation for starting a career in SAP consulting.
Instructors
The courses are led by our experienced SAP consultants - recognized practitioners with extensive project experience. They deliver implementations for companies across various industries on a daily basis, which allows them to share knowledge based on real projects, while students learn how the SAP system actually works in a business environment.
The classes are conducted using the SAP system and are based on real End-to-End business scenarios. Students learn how integrated processes function within a company and how individual areas work together within a single system.

Syntavio Academy - a proprietary mentoring program
Syntavio Academy is a proprietary, partially paid mentoring program that prepares participants to work with the SAP system in the area of SCM - Supply Chain Management. The program is based on delivering subject-matter knowledge, access to materials and training systems, and regular meetings with a mentor. It concludes with an exam testing the acquired knowledge and an attempt at obtaining a certification.

Academy overview
Basic information
Duration: 3-6 months (typically around 5 months), depending on the group's level of knowledge:
- Structure: each module is a separate Academy track (EWM / MM / SD / TM / QM / PP), delivered according to the same, consistent structure.
- Format: mentoring plus independent work with materials.
- Participation: partially paid.
- Certification: the organizer contributes to the cost of the final certification - we want participation in the Academy to bring you genuinely closer to earning SAP certifications.
- Meetings: group sessions with a mentor - once a week or every two weeks.
The program is not an internship or a job offer. Its goal is to prepare participants for the role of Junior SAP Consultant in the SCM area.
Requirements for participants
- Student or graduate of logistics, computer science, management, economics, production engineering, or related fields
- Experience with ERP / SAP / WMS systems
- Willingness to study regularly and independently
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Accuracy and reliability
- English proficiency of at least B1/B2 level (for working with documentation)
Program content
- Fundamentals of processes within a given module (scope of the modular Academy track).
- Analysis and mapping of processes within the module, plus key integration points with the other Academy tracks.
- Configuration and testing of the module's core functionalities (customizing and scenarios).
- Master data specific to the module, and its impact and consistency across processes between modules.
- Testing of processes and transactions, and collaboration with the technical team in the context of the given Academy track (tickets, functional specifications, integrations, implementation support).

- ERP prep (made available before the final exam)
- warehouse logistics materials
Evaluation and program completion
- milestone tests
- ongoing feedback from the mentor
- a final exam (conducted by someone other than the mentor)
- an attempt at a certification confirming competencies
After completing the Academy, further discussions about cooperation are possible, depending on the results achieved and the organization's current needs.
